Q: What is the POGO Store? 

A: The POGO Store is our online store, where participating customers can purchase POGO Automatic products.

If you are a current POGO Automatic user, POGO Automatic products are only available through the POGO Store.

Q: How do I edit or cancel my POGO Automatic® Test Cartridge subscription?

A: Within the POGO Store, you can edit or cancel your subscription through the account portal, which can be accessed by the “Account” link on the header of the POGO Store landing page. Once in your account portal, select “My Subscriptions” and you will have the option to edit/cancel your active subscriptions.

Within the POGO Store, you can increase or decrease your monthly subscription quantity of cartridges by accessing the “Account” link on the header of the POGO Store landing page.  Next, access the “My Subscriptions” link and locate the cartridge subscription order line where modification is needed.  Then click “Edit” and locate “Change quantity” and click “Edit”, adjust the quantity, click “Update quantity” and you are done.

Q: Why is the POGO Automatic® system not available at pharmacies?

A: For the time being, POGO Automatic products are sold through our online POGO store and only available to a few customers and participating physician offices which are partnered with POGO Automatic as part of a limited launch offering.

However, in the future the POGO Automatic Meter and Test Cartridges will be available in retail pharmacies as well as through our online POGO Store.

Q: Where can I purchase a POGO Automatic® Meter, and supplies?

A: Currently the POGO Automatic meter and test cartridges are only available to a few customers and participating physician offices which are partnered with POGO Automatic as part of a limited launch offering. 

If you are a current POGO Automatic user, POGO Automatic products are only available through our online POGO Store.
