We offer customers who buy a new POGO Automatic Meter a one-year warranty. The meter is covered under this warranty if it has not been modified, altered, or misused. Under this warranty, we will replace your meter if it is defective in material or workmanship.
If any of the products you purchased arrive or become defective during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will gladly replace them.

Note: POGO Automatic Test Cartridges are considered medical supplies, and therefore are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective. However, your monthly subscription can be canceled at any time. Subscription cancellations for POGO Automatic Cartridges and Coaching from POGO Automatic must be made prior to your next scheduled charge date. Please note that once the order renewal on your subscription has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund.
