Q: What sort of shipping options does POGO Automatic® offer?
A: We are happy to offer free standard shipping via U.S. Postal Service for all purchases on the POGO Store within the contiguous United States. Delivery days include Monday through Saturday.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The actual shipping time depends on when you order your product, as well as your location. After processing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation. The shipment confirmation email includes the order number, products shipped and tracking number. You can click the tracking number to track your package.

Q: Does POGO Automatic offer expedited shipping?
A: For the time being, we only offer free standard shipping via U.S. Postal Service for all purchases.

Q: Do I need to register the warranty for my POGO Automatic Meter?

A: If you’re interested in registering the warranty for your POGO Automatic Meter, you can do so online at www.presspogo.com/registerpogo or call Customer Support for help at 1-855-IMI-POGO (464-7646).

Q: I do not want to use my POGO Automatic Meter anymore, and I have left over cartridges. How do I return them?
A: Unfortunately, because POGO Automatic Test Cartridges are considered medical supplies, they are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective. However, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription whenever you want, via your account in the POGO Store. Subscription cancellations for POGO Automatic Test Cartridges and Coaching from POGO Automatic must be made prior to your next scheduled charge date. Please note that once the order renewal on your subscription has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund.
